Protective of Megan, when he is not rough housing with her

I didn't take Megan to school on Tuesday because we were working out things with the school so she would be safe there.  Yesterday when I was taking her to school and Sam saw where we were going he said "no not this school, a new school with no owies!".  

I told him Megan would be okay, that mommy had made sure someone would be with her all the time so she would be okay.  It was okay for her to go back to school at this school.  He said "okay mommy".  

Then when we went to pick her up he asked me "Megan not bump her head on the swing again today?".  I told him no she hadn't and she was okay.  When she got in the car Sam said "good job you not bonk you head today".  :-)
