Top molars breaking through

Tonight Sam was crawling around with a toy coin in his mouth.  At one point I saw a little stream of blood and grabbed a paper towel for his face while Will cleaned up the coin.  It is a good thing I knew that he had a little blood pocket on his left upper molar otherwise we would have been trying to figure out what happened.  I felt of his gums and both of his upper teeth have broken through with 1 very sharp point.
