Sam and I went to Target last week. They have all of their Christmas decorations up and this year that have Santa's face hidden in all of them. He is falling backwards so you can't see him, or his list is in his face, etc. When Sam saw it he said "after we done with Target can we go to another store and then come back when Santa is done playing peek-a-boo so we can see him?". I tried to explain he would always be hiding but he wasn't going for it. We haven't been back to the store yet but I can imagine the discussion that will occur when he sees that his face is still hiding.
This morning I gave Sam a breakfast bar and told him he would get breakfast after we took Megan to school. The moment I handed her off to her teacher he started saying "can I have a second breakfast now?". I told him that little boys don't eat two breakfasts, only hobbits. He said "I am a hobbit". Perfect!
